NOYS invites you to #NYTEC2024, a monumental gathering dedicated to shifting power to young people and creating systemic change in pursuit of transportation equity and mobility justice. At the heart of this convening, youth and adult voices will take center stage as we discuss best-practice strategies, share lived experiences, and meaningfully collaborate on crafting youth-led solutions for an inclusive, equitable and sustainable transportation system.

Get ready to engage in meaningful conversations with mainstage speakers, attend highly interactive breakout sessions, and network with like-minded youth and partners helping to transform our transportation system for the Freedom to Move.

When does registration open and close?

Registration opens on April 15, 2024 and closes on August 28, 11:59 pm ET.

What is the registration cancellation deadline?

If you are no longer able to attend the convening, please email convening@noys.org to cancel your registration. Cancellations received by August 28, 11:59 PM ET are eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.

How do I make hotel reservations?

NOYS has worked with Embassy Suites to offer competitive rates that will meet your accommodation needs. For more information on making hotel reservations, visit https://www.noys.org/hotel-travel.

Are presenters required to pay registration for the meeting?

All participants are required to register and pay all applicable registration fees including chaperones, guests, presenters, speakers, and partners unless prior agreements have been made with NOYS National staff.

What are the registration check-in hours?

NOYS Convening staff and volunteers will be available for registration check-in during the below hours. There will be no onsite registration ticket purchases. Friday, September 20 2:00pm - 4:00pm Saturday, September 21 8:00am - 5:00pm

Will COVID-19 vaccinations or masks be required to attend NYTCE?

Attendees are strongly encouraged to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations per CDC guidelines . Masks are welcome but not required. Please understand and respect that wearing a mask is a personal and individual choice of your fellow convening attendees.
